Welcome! To open a wholesale account, please read the polices and requirements and complete the form below.
Policies & Requirements
- Wholesale customers must have a certified business with a company name and a federal business or GST number.
- Wholesale customers located in British Columbia must also provide a PST number.
- Wholesale customers are not permitted to sell or ship Ashford products outside of Canada.
- We ship with Canada Post Expedited, Canpar, and UPS. We do not send items via Lettermail.
- First orders must be made within 30 days of being accepted as a wholesale customer.
- First orders must be prepaid by Visa, Mastercard or e-transfer. Customers may request net 30 payment terms after six months. If, at any time, the terms are not met, we will revert to a prepayment.
Account Types
There are two wholesale customer account types to choose from:
Full Ashford Dealer
- Permitted to purchase and sell all items on the price list.
- A minimum annual total of $2,000 in purchases is required to maintain Full Dealer status.
- The first wholesale order must be at least $1,200.
Rovings/Felting Only
- Permitted to purchase only Ashford fibres, dyes, and felting supplies.
- A minimum annual total of $1,000 in purchases is required to maintain Rovings/Felting Only status.
- The first wholesale order must be at least $500.
